Notice was sent on 24th March 2023 to Lead Contacts of all CIB Members that the annual meeting of the General Assembly of the International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction (CIB) will be held on 28th June 2023 at 09:00am local time at Nelson Mandela University, University, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) with an option to attend by zoom.

CIB is hosting a hybrid event, being held at Nelson Mandela University, South Africa, and also online, to welcome new student chapters to the CIB network.
The event will include presentations by representatives of the Nelson Mandela University and University of Pretoria student chapters, along with contributions from other CIB student chapters.
There will also be a Q&A session, which will be of interest to anyone considering establishing a student chapter.
