What path did you follow before ending up with your current company?
I worked for a civil engineering contractor and a commercial / industrial contractor prior to migrating to the construction materials sector.
What is your current position and what does the role entail?
Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Cape.
What advice would you give a current construction management student?
Construction is a difficult industry in South Africa, however, it is internationally recognised, and rewarding, if you decide to depart and further your career overseas.
You are in demand in terms of a career path.

Too many to make mention of, and they all played an integral role.
What are your plans for the next 5 to 10 years?
Saint Gobain Construction Products (SGCP) are internationally recognised so hoping for a change of scenery when the opportunity arises.
